 1. 6th Grade: Using certain words that have multiple meanings and explaining how they can be referenced to other on websites such as Wordsmythe and Thesaurus.com. Using printed texts and websites is essential to helping kids use several mediums so they can understand how to use words in a texts. The inclusion of technology is quite important because education is rapidly including itself the digital age. I am absolutely prepared to implement this standard due to my experience with technology and my abilities to teach the bare basics of it.

2. 6th Grade English/Module VI: Building and ELL-friendly lesson:

The use of this tool is to help students learn the language of English, whether they have basic knowledge or not. Not only is this tool inclusive for all students regardless of cultural backgrounds, they are an important tool for learning how to use words, strategize them through text and talk, and explain their differences and how they are used properly. Helping foreign students learn how to use certain words, such as homophones, correctly in a sentence is likely the most important lesson in teaching english to both english speakers and non-english speakers since English is quite difficult to learn compared to other languages. 

3. Internet search is a tricky topic due to the power of advertising and the personal interest of the searcher and search engine. To be a proficient internet searcher is to acknowledge where the content is coming from and who/what to trust. There is an abundance of misinformation on the internet and the last 4 years is proof of it due to widespread conspiracy theories. I believe trusting verified internet sources is an important skill even if such a skill is believed to be common, when it's not. Many internet searchers fail to recognize whether the sources they attain information from is trustworthy, spreading false information on a regular basis to audiences small and large and an example can be seen from former president Donald Trump and the whole QAnon conspiracy as well as the conspiracies against the 2020 election results. Everything you search for is being tracked as well so be safe what you search for.

 1. I’ve used Microsoft Word my entire education career. I’ve always found the program user friendly and essential for both students AND teachers alike. I've found that assignments and essays can be done efficiently through Microsoft Word. I would like to expand my knowledge on formatting and the use of cover pages. I prefer the use of Microsoft Word because of the experience I've gained through it and how easy it is to send documents with it, whereas Google docs may take a few extra steps to get the right file format. 2. The ISTE Standards for Educators is a blueprint for efficient learning for both educators and students using new technology that the 21st century has offered. The Leader standard helps student confidence through access and engagement with such new technology.  1. Ive thoroughly enjoyed using twitter so far this semester. i am an avid Twitter user outside of this class so using it for educational purposes is a lot of fun. i havent been interacting with too many people outside of some the tech talks, but i am always open to expanding my digital profile in terms of my educative twitter profile. twitter can be very useful in my career field. i can have classes follow a main twitter account (mine) and i will have updates on education talks and maybe reminders for certain students that assignment due dates are upcoming. twitter may be a distraction considering it is a popular social media site, but if used properly it can be a major help for students and teachers. 2.
